Most messages fall into one of a few categories, and several of them have a faster route than waiting for a reply.

• You want your listing removed. Use the removal form instead — it takes the NPI number directly, which means we can action it without a round of emails. Removal is unconditional and we do not ask for a reason.
• Your registered details are wrong. We reproduce the federal NPI record and have no ability to change it. Correct it at NPPES and the correction reaches this site at the next monthly refresh. If the record is right and our page is wrong, that is a bug — tell us and we will fix it.
• A page shows something that looks incorrect. Send the URL and what looks wrong. Errors in how we derive counts, assign places or compute density are exactly what we want to hear about, and the methodology page describes the known limits so you can see whether it is a bug or a documented boundary.
• You are looking for a therapist. We cannot make referrals or recommendations — this site is an index, not a matching service. The where to start guide is the closest thing we have to practical help, and the crisis resources below are available immediately.
• You want to use the data. It is all public. The data sources page lists every dataset with its publisher and licence, and you can download the same files we do.

For anything else, the form below reaches us. We read everything; replies to individual messages are not guaranteed, but removal requests and factual corrections are always actioned.
