Nothing on this site is a recommendation of any provider. Listings are ordered by licence type and then alphabetically; position carries no meaning. Appearing here is not an endorsement, and being absent — including after a removal request — says nothing about a provider.

An NPI record shows that a provider registered with the federal system and gave a practice address. It does not show whether they are currently licensed in good standing, whether they are accepting new clients, what they charge, or which insurance they take. Verify a licence with the relevant state board before making an appointment.

We reproduce a federal record and compute figures from it. We do not independently verify any provider's licence, credentials or current practice, and the underlying record can be out of date. Verify anything that matters with the relevant state licensing board before acting on it.

Automated bulk scraping of this site is not permitted; the source data is available in bulk from CMS and pulling it from there is both easier and kinder to our server.
